These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pilwin ("pilwin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pilwin.co (the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform.
Important: pilwin is authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online gaming services within the Republic of the Philippines. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines and relevant PAGCOR regulations.
This Agreement applies to all services offered through pilwin, including but not limited to online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, online bingo, fishing arcade games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the Platform from time to time.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the pilwin Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money gaming in the Philippines. pilwin strictly enforces this requirement and will verify your age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
Warning: Providing false information regarding your age during registration or KYC is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
The pilwin Platform is operated under PAGCOR authorization for the Philippine market. You must be a resident or national of the Philippines, or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services in the Philippines, to register and play. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on pilwin:
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pilwin Platform. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pilwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must update that information promptly if it changes. pilwin is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must:
pilwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to comply with these security obligations.
pilwin is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You may be required at any time to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawals.
pilwin accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at pilwin's discretion.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your pilwin wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are generally instant during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require standard blockchain confirmation and are typically credited within 10 to 60 minutes depending on network conditions. pilwin does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.
All deposited funds are held in Philippine Peso (PHP) as your pilwin wallet balance. Funds deposited to pilwin are held separately from the company's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Deposits may only be used for wagering on the Platform and cannot be transferred to other users.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit screen within your account. pilwin reserves the right to set or modify minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time.
To process a withdrawal, your account must: (a) be fully verified with completed KYC documentation; (b) have no active bonus wagering requirements that restrict the requested balance; and (c) have no pending security reviews or account investigations. pilwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of any required verification procedures.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Bank withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.
Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Higher withdrawal limits may be available upon request and subject to enhanced KYC verification. pilwin reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically feasible, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. pilwin reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made only to verified accounts in your name.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pilwin are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. Specific terms for each promotion are published in the Promotions section of the Platform and take precedence over these General Bonus Terms in case of conflict.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some promotions, the deposit amount as well). For example, a 25x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱25,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Only wagers on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements.
pilwin reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close accounts, if it determines that bonuses are being claimed or used fraudulently, in bad faith, or through coordinated exploitation ("bonus abuse"). Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements (hedging), and using prohibited software or methods.
All bonus offers have an expiry date after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry dates are clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion. pilwin is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.
pilwin offers games from third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The availability of specific games may vary and pilwin reserves the right to remove or modify any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
All slot, bingo, and table game outcomes on pilwin are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under controlled studio conditions.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. pilwin is not liable for losses suffered as a result of technical malfunctions that are beyond its reasonable control. Wagers resulting from software bugs or errors that produce obviously incorrect odds or payouts may be voided at pilwin's discretion.
pilwin is not responsible for losses or missed game outcomes caused by internet disconnections, device failures, or network issues on the player's side. Wherever technically feasible, the Platform will resume interrupted game sessions; however, this cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pilwin Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

All content on the pilwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and audio-visual content, is the intellectual property of pilwin or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pilwin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pilwin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pilwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
pilwin does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your pilwin account at any time by contacting pilwin customer support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and all legitimate withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately as described in Section 9.
pilwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirements; commercial or operational decisions; or as required by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to you through your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to pilwin.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the pilwin service, you should first contact pilwin Customer Support via live chat, providing full details of the issue and any relevant transaction reference numbers. pilwin will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority governing pilwin's operations. pilwin will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or adjudication process.
Any claim or dispute relating to a specific game outcome or transaction must be submitted to pilwin within thirty (30) days of the date of the relevant transaction. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
pilwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pilwin will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification on the Platform and/or by sending a message to your registered mobile number or email address, where applicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or its formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
